B-SMART PRE-PAID What is B-Smart Pre-Paid? B-Smart Pre-paid has been designed with the frequent user in mind, for ease of Balance Top- up, and discounted calls. It provides for the high end user:
a) Discounted calls 24 hours a day
b) Special offers from time to time
c) Top-up through the Pacific Mobile Communication s Business office via B-Pay, Eftos, cash or cheque, and also by using Pre-Paid cards available through the Pacific Mobile Communication s approved dealers.
d) Minimum balance top up per month of K200.00 per handset
e) Minimum spends per month of K200.00 average over 3 months.
Why B-Smart Pre-Paid? B-Smart Pre-paid tariffs are designed specifically for high end and Business users of mobile services. (at later date PMC also intend to launch a Post-paid service to approved high-end users). The Benefits of the B-Smart Pre-Paid services are:
a) Ease of payment (pre-paid cards are not necessary)
b) Daytime bulk discounts (when the majority of business calls are made)
c) No contract
d) No bills Services available on B-Smart Prepaid VOICEMAIL Voicemail has been provided at no monthly charge however you will be charged for access. When you are busy on the phone out of range your phone is switched off or your phone rings and is not answered the incoming calls will be diverted to your personal voicemail service where a message can be left. Your can personalize your greeting on the Voicemail to make it clear to callers that they have called your phone. SMS TEXT MESSAGING SMS Text Messaging has been provided at no additional monthly charge however a usage charge is applicable. This service provides:
a) text messaging between GSM handsets
b) Voicemail notification
c) Information of Services from the PMC officers
d) Information services as introduce by PMC
B-SMART TARIFFS Top
This plan is designed to meet the needs of the high spend user - Government, Business and high spend Residential. Start up kits and mobile phones are available through the PMC Business Office and authorized dealers. 
* Peak Tariff per 30 seconds but charged by the second
* Off-Peak tariff per 30 seconds but charged by the second
* Above Call charges exclude VAT Additional Information International peak hours: 6am to 10pm
International off-peak hours: 10pm to 6am Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Top
* Flag fall for National calls is 30 Toea
* Flag fall for international calls is 60 Toea
* Expected minimum spend of K200.00 per month average over 3 months
* Transfer to Pre-Paid B-Mobile Plan at PMC's discretion if average minimum spend of K200.00 is not met
* Account top up via B-pay, Eftpos, cash, and cheques in increments of K200.00 per phone
* Payment by cheque upon application and approval by PMC
* SIM card will be automatically cancelled if there are no outgoing calls for a three-month period
* Account balances are non refundable
* Prepaid cards are non refundable
* PMC reserves the right to adjust or replace the tariffs from time to time
* PMC reserves the right to cancel Prepaid cards more than 12 months old
* Customers are required to full out an application form prior to connection
* All outstanding CELLNET bills must be paid prior to processing the application Form
