Lost or damaged SIM card

If your B-Mobile SIM card is missing, stolen or damaged you can stop any further use by calling Customer Service on 323 555.

You can get a replacement SIM card from B-Mobile, however, a fee applies.

Phone Network Lock   Top

You cannot connect to the B-Mobile network if your GSM phone is "SIM locked" to another network or is blacklisted because of theft, loss, and non-payment to other reasons.

* If the phone is from another Operator the customer will be required to contact the Customer Service of that Operator for clearance or phone unlock. PMC as an Operator cannot act on behalf of the customer for clearance.
* If the handset is purchased from Approved Dealers contact the appropriate dealer.
* If the phone is purchased from PMC, contact Customer Service.

Cannot make Outgoing Calls    Top

Check your account balance by calling 1250 and following the voice prompts.

Some mobile phones allow your to select line one or line two (not available with B-Mobile). If line 2 is accidentally selected you will not be able to make outgoing calls and 2 will be displayed in the standby mode.

You must also ensure that "Own Number Sending" is set to "On" or you will not be able to make outgoing calls.

Refer to your mobile phone owner's guide for full details for how to change these settings.

Ensure your battery is fully charged and that you are within the B-Mobile coverage area.

Cannot Receive Calls  Top

If you cannot receive calls check that your account validity has not expired by calling Customer Service on 323 5555.
