If you are thinking of becoming a customer you are most welcomed, and if you are a customer already congratulations on becoming a B-Mobile Pre-Paid customer.

B-Mobile offers superior GSM call quality and a pay as your use mobile service.

Pre-Paid keeps you in touch without worrying about a monthly bill to pay. Your pay for your call tine up front, which means you can control your costs easily and there are no contracts to sign and no credit checks required.

This website is a guide to the use of your B-Mobile Pre-Paid service. Please take a few minutes to read through this website, it has all the information you need to get started.

We are available between 8.00am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 8.00am to 11.30am.


Your B-Mobile Pre-Paid Account

Your initial B-Mobile account balance will depend on the package you have purchase, for example, K100.00 with the B-Mobile Pre-paid pack.

After you are connected to B-Mobile you will be able to:

* Make calls against your available account balance
* Receive calls regardless of your available balance
* Check your account balance fee of charge, from your B-mobile phone by dialing 1250 and following the voice prompts
* Top up your account balance by purchasing a B-Mobile Pre-paid card, dialing 1250 from your connected B-Mobile phone and following the voice prompts.
